Reservations-Rents
The apartment is rented from Saturday to Saturday, but depending on availability of the apartment it could be possible to rent outside of the standard week rental.
For any request a rental agreement is sent accompanied with the complete description of the apartment.
The rent cannot be confirmed without the return of the rental agreement signed by the tenant, and accompanied by the deposit payment.
The balance of the rent and a deposit must be paid on arrival, during the delivery of keys.
The deposit (of which amount is indicated on the rental agreement) is given back at the moment of the departure and the departure when the keys are returned, and after inspection.
The price for the rent is "all inclusive", there are no extras fees that will be charged.
